Our client’s primary offering is sanitary process cleaning equipment to industrial/production markets. In order to make a strong impression in a developing market, they needed to take extra care to present a clean, “high-tech” appearance for their new line of pharmaceutical washers. The pressure to deliver a strong aesthetic was amplified by an incredibly short timeframe to the product launch at a major industry tradeshow. Intense Engineering engaged with their corporate leadership as well as the production and marketing teams responsible for the new product launch to gather insights and identify design requirements. Our team engaged existing users of competitive products in the field and presented multiple design options to the client. Once an aesthetic was chosen, we supported the pilot unit’s detailed design and production, helping them meet what would have been an impossible deadline. The end result was a hit at the trade show and saved the client over a year on the product launch’s timetable.
